Abstract
The understanding of the concept of love rupiah in students is still relatively low, this is due to the delivery of conventional material and has not accommodated the visual, auditory and kinesthetic and contextual learning styles of students. To answer these problems, this study aims to develop audiovisual media based on short films that can be used as a learning tool to improve understanding of the concept of love rupiah in class X students at SMAN 2 KS Cilegon. This research uses the ASSURE development model (Analyze Learners, State Objectives, Select Methods, Media and Materials, Utilize Media and Materials, Require Learner Participation, Evaluate and Revise) with stages including needs analysis, formulation of learning objectives, media selection and development, implementation and evaluation. The developed short film media contains educational content related to the importance of recognizing, caring for, and protecting rupiah money as a symbol of the state. Validation was carried out by three experts, namely media experts with eligibility results of 94%, material experts at 85%, and linguists at 94%, all of which were in the “very feasible” category. Product trials were conducted on 35 grade X students, and showed that the media developed was effective and helped improve students' understanding of the concept of love for the rupiah. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that short film media is effectively used as an alternative learning media to instill national values through contextual economic education at the secondary school level.

Additional Information: | Pemahaman konsep cinta rupiah pada peserta didik masih tergolong rendah, hal ini disebabkan oleh penyampaian materi yang bersifat konvensional dan belum mengakomodasi gaya belajar visual, auditori dan kinestetik serta kontekstual peserta didik. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media audiovisual berbasis film pendek yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran guna meningkatkan pemahaman konsep cinta rupiah pada peserta didik kelas X di SMAN 2 KS Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ASSURE (Analyze Learners, State Objectives, Select Methods, Media and Materials, Utilize Media and Materials, Require Learner Participation, Evaluate and Revise) dengan tahapan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, pemilihan dan pengembangan media, implementasi serta evaluasi. Media film pendek yang dikembangkan memuat konten edukatif terkait pentingnya mengenal, merawat, dan menjaga uang rupiah sebagai simbol negara. Validasi dilakukan oleh tiga ahli, yaitu ahli media dengan hasil kelayakan sebesar 94%, ahli materi sebesar 85%, dan ahli bahasa sebesar 94%, yang seluruhnya berada dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Uji coba produk dilakukan terhadap 35 peserta didik kelas X, dan menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan efektif dan membantu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap konsep cinta rupiah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan media film pendek efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan melalui pendidikan ekonomi kontekstual di tingkat sekolah menengah. | |||||||||
