Abstract
The main objective of this study is to examine and analyze the impact of the implementation of electronic performance and work skills on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research population consisted of all civil servants at the DP3AKKB Banten Province, totaling 63 people, using employees from the year 2024. The sampling technique used in this study was census sampling or saturated sampling, which involved collecting data from the entire population relevant to the study. Data for this study were collected through a questionnaire used as an instrument, followed by analysis using quantitative methods processed with the SmartPLS software program version 4. The results of the study indicate that electronic performance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work skills have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, electronic performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work skills have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction can mediate electronic performance on employee performance, and job satisfaction can mediate work skills on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis dampak pengaruh penerapan elektronik kinerja dan keterampilan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh pegawai negeri sipil di DP3AKKB Provinsi Banten sebanyak 63 orang dengan menggunakan data pegawai pada tahun 2024. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling sensus atau sampling jenuh, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari seluruh populasi yang relevan dengan penelitian. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang digunakan sebagai instrumen yang diikuti dengan analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang diproses dengan program perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elektronik kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, keterampilan kerja berpengaruh berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, elektronik kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, keterampilan kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi elektronik kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi keterampilan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai | |||||||||
