Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to describe the implementation of entrepreneurship education through the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) program at SD Pembangunan Jaya, South Tangerang. Considering the high unemployment rate in Indonesia, entrepreneurship becomes one of the solutions to create new job opportunities. However, the low number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia indicates the need for enhanced entrepreneurship education. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving the subjects of the research, including the principal, teachers, and students. Data collection was done through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. The data's validity was tested using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques. The implementation of entrepreneurship education at SD Pembangunan Jaya begins with thorough preparation and planning by the teachers and the KKG (Teacher Work Group) team, conducted at the beginning of the new school year. This is followed by the implementation, which includes entrepreneurship learning with agreed-upon materials, methods, and teaching objectives in the planning, business planner creation, capital raising for the business, production processes, and product sales. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education through GEW successfully instilled entrepreneurial values in students, such as creativity in designing businesses, communication skills in presentations and product sales, and teamwork in groups. This program not only provides knowledge about entrepreneurship but also develops essential skills needed to become competitive entrepreneurs. Evaluations conducted by teachers and the principal aim to improve the effectiveness of this activity in the future.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui program Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) di SD Pembangunan Jaya, Tangerang Selatan. Mengingat tingginya tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia, kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Namun, rendahnya jumlah wirausahawan di Indonesia mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan membuat kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Lalu data diuji keabsahannya dengan teknik uji kredibilitas (credibility), keteralihan (transferbility), ketergantungan (dependability) dan kepastian (conformability). Implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan di SD Pembangunan Jaya dimulai dengan persiapan dan perencanaan yang matang oleh guru dan tim KKG (Kelompok Kerja Guru), yang dilakukan di awal tahun ajaran baru, serta diikuti oleh pelaksanaan yang meliputi pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan materi, metode dan tujuan pengajaran yang sudah disepakati dalam perencanaan, pembuatan business planner, pencarian modal usaha, proses produksi, hingga penjualan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui GEW berhasil menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada siswa, seperti kreativitas dalam merancang bisnis, kemampuan komunikasi dalam presentasi dan penjualan produk, serta kerja sama dalam kelompok. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan penting yang diperlukan untuk menjadi wirausahawan yang kompetitif. Evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh guru dan kepala sekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan ini di masa depan. | |||||||||
