Abstract
The development of science and technology, industrialization, and urbanization contribute to the decline of social values in society and the state, which ultimately becomes one of the triggers of various social problems. The phenomenon of online gambling that can be played anywhere and anytime is one form of technological progress that has become a social problem in society today. The impact of online gambling such as economic and psychological losses can damage the integrity of the household so that it can trigger the occurrence of Domestic Violence. The case of a female police officer burning a police officer in Mojokerto is one example of online gambling activity that resulted in Domestic Violence. Based on the background of the problem, there are two problem identifications. First, how is the criminological review of online gambling that results in Domestic Violence. Second, how are the efforts to overcome the community involved in online gambling. The research method used is normative juridical with a case study approach. The theories used in this study are psychoanalytic theory and crime prevention theory. The results of this study show the factors that cause policewomen to commit Domestic Violence by burning police officers due to economic factors and weak ego aspects of policewomen and influenced by id aspects, so that the weak superego aspect because it cannot restrain and balance thoughts, policewomen lead to deviant behavior from society and the law. Efforts to overcome online gambling, both penal and non penal, need to be carried out optimally so that people do not fall into online gambling. The government and police need to take firm action against online gambling perpetrators and increase socialization programs related to the dangers, impacts, and legal consequences of online gambling.

| Additional Information: | Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK), industrialisasi, dan urbanisasi berkontribusi pada penurunan nilai-nilai sosial dalam bermasyarakat dan bernegara, yang pada akhirnya menjadi salah satu faktor pemicu berbagai masalah sosial. Fenomena judi online yang dapat dimainkan dimana saja dan kapan saja merupakan salah satu bentuk dari kemajuan teknologi yang menjadi permasalahan sosial di masyarakat saat ini. Dampak dari judi online seperti kerugian ekonomi dan psikologis dapat merusak keutuhan dalam rumah tangga sehingga dapat memicu terjadinya tindak pidana Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). Kasus Polwan membakar Polisi di Mojokerto merupakan salah satu contoh aktivitas judi online yang mengakibatkan tindak pidana Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, terdapat dua identifikasi masalah. Pertama, bagaimana tinjauan kriminologi terhadap judi online yang mengakibatkan tindak pidana Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Kedua, bagaimana upaya penanggulangan terhadap masyarakat yang terlibat dalam judi online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori psikoanalisa dan teori penanggulangan kejahatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menampilkan faktor-faktor penyebab polwan melakukan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) dengan cara membakar terhadap polisi dikarenakan faktor ekonomi dan aspek ego polwan yang lemah dan dipengaruhi oleh aspek id,sehingga aspek superego yang lemah karena tidak dapat menahan dan menyeimbangkan pikiran, polwan mengarah kepada perilaku menyimpang dari masyarakat dan hukum. Upaya penanggulangan terkait judi online baik secara penal dan non penal perlu dilakukan secara maksimal agar masyarakat tidak terjerumus pada judi online. Pemerintah dan kepolisian perlu menindak tegas terhadap pelaku judi online dan memperbanyak program sosialisasi terkait bahaya, dampak, dan akibat hukum dari judi online. | |||||||||
