Abstract

Efficient rice marketing is an important factor in improving farmers' welfare. This research was conducted to identify rice marketing channels in Teluklada Village, analyze marketing margins and farmer's share of rice marketing in Telukada Village, and analyze the level of integrated marketing efficiency in Teluklada Village. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with analysis of marketing margins, farmer's share, Technical Efficiency Index (IET) and Economic Efficiency Index (IEE). Sampling used the purposive sampling method for farmer samples and snowball sampling for rice trader and mill samples. The results showed that there were four rice marketing channels in Teluklada Village : 1)Farmers - Rice Mill; 2)Farmers - Collecting Traders - Rice Mill; 3)Farmers - Collecting Traders - Wholesalers - Rice Mill; 4)Farmers - Wholesalers - Rice Mill. The most efficient marketing channel is marketing channel I with marketing margin value Rp0, farmer's share value 100%, Technical Efficiency Index value 0.0002 and Economic Efficiency Index value 32.47.

Additional Information: Pemasaran padi yang efisien menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi saluran pemasaran padi di Desa Teluklada, menganalisis margin pemasaran dan farmer’s share pemasaran padi di Desa Telukada, dan menganalisis tingkat efisiensi pemasaran padu di Desa Teluklada. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis margin pemasaran, farmer’s share, Indeks Efisiensi Teknis (IET) dan Indeks Efisiensi Ekonomis (IEE). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk sampel petani dan snowball sampling untuk sampel pedagang dan kilang padi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat saluran pemasaran padi di Desa Teluklada yaitu: 1) Petani – Kilang Padi, 2) Petani – Pedagang Pengumpul – Kilang Padi, 3) Petani – Pedagang Pengumpul – Pedagang Besar – Kilang Padi, 4) Petani – Pedagang Besar – Kilang Padi. Saluran pemasaran I merupakan saluran pemasaran paling efisien dibandingkan saluran pemasaran lainnya dengan nilai margin pemasaran terendah Rp0, nilai farmer,s share tertinggi 100%, nilai Indeks Efisiensi Teknis terendah 0,0002 dan nilai Indeks Efisiensi Ekonomis tertinggi 32,47.
