Abstract
Background: The incidence of heart disease increased from year to year, affecting at least 0.85% or around 877,531 of the Indonesian population. The public was able to provide first aid in emergency situations, especially to individuals who experienced a heart attack or respiratory arrest, as cardiac arrest could occur anytime and anywhere. The primary first aid treatment for cardiac arrest cases was by providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Using video as a learning tool was considered to enhance effectiveness and facilitate understanding, as it was more engaging. Objective: This research aimed to determine the effect of Baby Shark rhythm learning on the CPR abilities of the community in the working area of the Singandaru Community Health Center, Serang. Method: The study employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design, using a one-group pretest-posttest sampling technique. The sample consisted of 34 respondents, and the data collection tools included an observation sheet based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and a demographic questionnaire. A non-parametric test, specifically the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, was used for data analysis.

| Additional Information: | Latar Belakang: Angka kejadian penyakit jantung semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahunnya yaitu sebesar 0,85% atau sekitar 877.531 penduduk Indonesia. Masyarakat dapat memberikan pertolongan pertama pada situasi darurat, terutama pada orang yang mengalami serangan jantung atau henti napas, karena henti jantung dapat terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Pertolongan pertama dalam menangani kasus henti jantung dengan memberi tindakan resusitasi henti jantung (RJP) atau cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Penggunaan video sebagai alat pembelajaran merupakan hal yang bisa meningkatkan keefektifan dan mudah dipahami karena lebih menarik. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Baby Shark rhythm learning terhadap kemampuan masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Singandaru. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi experiment, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu one group pretest-postest. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 responden dan menggunakan alat ukur dalam penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) dan kuesioner demografi.
