Abstract

Indonesia, as a country with a tropical climate, is one of the areas where flooding often occurs. This also happened in Banten province, specifically in the Ciujung Hilir Watershed area Data from the National Agency for Disaster Management or BPBD, in March 2022 the city of Serang experienced flooding which resulted in 2.413 families living in 2.413 houses being affected by the flood. Serang Regency BPBD data (2022), flood events occurred in 2022 in 10 sub-districts and 6 villages in Serang Regency. Two sub-districts include Padarincang sub-district with a total of 360 houses flooded and Carenang sub-district with 50 houses flooded. The aim of this research is to determine the flood risk profile and which villages are at highest risk. The method used in this research uses overlay and scoring guided by Perka BNPB No. 2 of 2012. In conducting research, Hazard Identification, Vulnerability Identification and Capacity Identification are carried out, the index values of which are analyzed to produce a risk index which is then mapped using QGIS. Based on the research results, the majority of the Ciujung Hilir Watershed risk index class is in the medium class. There are 61 villages in the medium class with a percentage of 94%, while 3 villages are in the low class with a percentage of 5% and 1 village is in the high class with a percentage of 1%.

Additional Information: Indonesia sebagai negara yang memiliki iklim tropis menjadi salah satu wilayah yang sering terjadi banjir. Hal tersebut terjadi juga di provinsi Banten tepatnya pada wilayah Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Ciujung Hilir. Data Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), pada bulan maret tahun 2022 kota Serang mengalami Banjir yang mengakibatkan 2.413 KK yang tinggal di 2.413 rumah terdampak banjir. Data BPBD Kabupaten Serang (2022), kejadian banjir terjadi pada tahun 2022 di 10 kecamatan dan 6 desa di kabupaten Serang. Dua kecamatan diantaranya yaitu kecamatan Padarincang dengan total 360 rumah terendam banjir dan kecamatan carenang 50 rumah terendam banjir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil risiko banjir dan desa mana saja yang paling tinggi risikonya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan overlay dan skoring dengan berpedoman pada Perka BNPB No 2 Tahun 2012. Dalam melakukan penelitian dilakukan identifikasi Bahaya, Identifikasi Kerentanan dan Identifikasi Kapasitas yang nilai indeksnya dianalisis sehingga menghasilkan indeks risiko yang selanjutnya dipetakan menggunakan QGIS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kelas indeks risiko Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Ciujung Hilir mayoritas berada pada kelas sedang. Desa dengan kelas sedang berjumlah 61 desa dengan presentase 94%, sedangkan 3 desa pada kelas rendah dengan presentase 5% dan 1 desa pada kelas tinggi dengan presentase 1%.
