Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of bullying on students' civic disposition. This study is included in the type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were students of SMP Negeri 10 Kota Serang, while the research object was SMP Negeri 10 Serang City. The population involved consisted of class VII students at SMP Negeri 10 Serang City. By taking samples using non-probability sampling techniques via the stratified random sampling method, 78 samples were obtained. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis to present data, as well as inferential statistical analysis based on parametric statistics to test populations based on data samples. Prerequisite tests for classical assumptions include normality tests and linearity tests, while data analysis techniques use simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test (partial). The results of the performance test show that the data meets the classical assumptions, with data having a normal distribution (sig. value 0.081 > 0.05) and linear (sig. value 0.328 > 0.05). The final results show the influence of bullying on students' civic disposition. The null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, as proven through hypothesis testing, the significance level of (0.000) is smaller than the probability of (0,05).

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bullying terhadap watak kewarganegaraan siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 10 Kota Serang, sementara objek penelitian adalah SMP Negeri 10 kota Serang. Populasi yang dilibatkan terdiri dari siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Kota Serang, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling melalui metode stratified random sampling, diperoleh 78 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif untuk menyajikan data, serta analisis statistik inferensial berbasis statistik parametrik untuk menguji populasi berdasarkan data sampel. Uji prasyarat asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t (parsial). Hasil uji prasyarat menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi asumsi klasik, dengan data berdistribusi normal (nilai sig. 0,081 > 0,05) dan linear (nilai sig. 0,328 > 0,05). Hasil akhir menunjukkan adanya pengaruh bullying terhadap watak kewarganegaraan siswa. Hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak, sedangkan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, sebagaimana dibuktikan melalui uji hipotesis dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan probabilitas 0,05.
