Abstract

The importance of human resources among effective management systems. Human resource management in an organisation has become one of an agency's most essential functions and factors. This study aims to test and analyse the variables that affect employee performance, including work-life balance and burnout through job satisfaction, to develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study uses an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population and sample of 77 respondents with total/saturated technicality who are female employees in 29 sub-districts of Serang Regency. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of strongly disagree 1 - 10 strongly agree. Data were analysed with the help of SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The results showed. Statistically, work-life balance influences employee performance; burnout can dramatically affect job satisfaction; work-life balance can substantially affect job satisfaction; job satisfaction can significantly affect employee performance, and job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work-life balance on employee performance; job satisfaction can be characterised as partial mediation.

Additional Information: Pentingnya sumber daya manusia diantara sistem manajemen yang efektif. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah organisasi telah menjadi salah satu fungsi dan faktor terpenting dalam sebuah instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dengan work life balance dan burnout melalui kepuasan kerja untuk mengembangkan dasar teori dan model penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif asosiatif dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 77 responden dengan teknis total/jenuh yang merupakan pegawai Wanita di 29 kecamatan Kabupaten Serang. Jawaban kuesioner diukur dengan menggunakan skala interval sangat tidak setuju 1 – 10 sangat setuju. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara statistik, work life balance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, burnout dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, work life balance dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja dapat dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, serta kepuasan kerja secara dapat memediasi pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja dapat dicirikan sebagai mediasi parsial.
