Abstract
This study aims to examine the management of the mobile training unit program in improving graphic design vocational skills at the South Jakarta Regional Job Training Center. The approach used in this research is to use a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the management carried out by the manager of the South Jakarta Regional Job Training Center is carried out in a structured manner and applies the management functions of planning, organizing, mobilizing, coaching, assessing, and developing in accordance with the rules and policies set by the Manpower and Transmigration Office, and there are basic and special vocational skills from students. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of program management from the planning, organizing, mobilizing, coaching, assessing, and developing stages, as well as an increase in the basic and special vocational skills of students in participating in graphic design training.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang manajemen program mobile training unit dalam meningkatkan kecakapan vokasional desain grafis di Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah Jakarta Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen yang dilakukan oleh pengelola Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah Jakarta Selatan dilakukan secara terstuktur dan menerapkan fungsi manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, pembinaan, penilaian, dan pengembangan sesuai dengan aturan dan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi, serta terdapat kecakapan vokasional dasar dan khusus dari peserta didik. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian kali ini yaitu terlaksananya manajemen program dari tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, pembinaan, penilaian, dan pengembangan, serta adanya peningkatan kecakapan vokasional dasar dan khusus peserta didik dalam mengikuti pelatihan desain grafis. | |||||||||
