Abstract
The research aimed to determine the effect of rice washing water concentration on the growth and yield of several varieties of red spinach plants hydroponically using a wick system. The research was a type of experimental research. The research was carried out in July to August 2024 at Agroeduwisata Markazkomobid, Jl Sikuali, Sambilawang, Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten 42453. The research used a randomized block design used was 2 factors with 3 replications, the first factor was concentration of rice washing water (Rice washing water 0% + AB Mix Nutrition 100%, Rice washing water 30% + AB Mix Nutrition 70%, Rice washing water 50% + AB Mix Nutrition 50%, Rice washing water 100% + AB Mix Nutrition 0%), the second factor was red spinach variety (Red var 124 variety, Red Beret variety and Mira variety). The results showed that giving concentration of 0% rice washing water + 100% AB Mix at 4 Weeks After Planting (WAP) giving the best wet weight results with an average of 126.29 cm. If seen from an economic perspective, giving a rice washing water concentration of 30% + AB Mix Nutrition 70% gave the best results with an average wet weight of 116.92 cm. The provision of the red spinach variety had a significant effect on the fresh weight of the plants with the treatment of the red spinach variety Red Var.124 giving the best results with an average of 104.30 cm.There was no interaction between the rice washing water concentration treatment and the red spinach variety.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kosentrasi air cucian beras terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa varietas tanaman bayam merah secara hidroponik menggunakan sistem sumbu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2024 di Agroeduwisata Markazkomobid, Jl Sikuali, Sambilawang, Waringinkurung, Serang, Banten 42453. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan dua faktor, faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi air cucian beras (A) yang terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu (A0) Air cucian beras 0%, (A1) Air cucian beras 30% + Nutrisi AB Mix 70%, (A2) Air cucian beras 50% + Nutrisi AB Mix 50% dan (A3) air cucian beras 100%. Faktor kedua adalah varietas bayam merah (M) yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu (M1) Varietas Red var 124, (M2) Varietas Baret Merah dan (M3) Varietas Mira. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian air cucian beras berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman dengan konsentrasi 50% memberikan hasil terbaik dalam pengamatan tinggi tanaman pada umur 2 MST dengan rata-rata 9,40 cm. Kemudian berpengaruh terhadap panjang daun pada umur 4 MST dengan rata-rata 13,47 cm. Perlakuan varietas bayam merah berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman dengan perlakuan varietas bayam merah Red Var.124 memberikan hasil terbaik pada umur 3 MST dengan rata-rata 28,31 cm dan pada umur 4 MST dengan rata-rata 52,03 cm. Kemudian berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun umur 4 MST dengan nilai rata-rata 18,06 helai. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi air cucian beras dengan varietas bayam merah. | |||||||||
