Abstract
Chemistry has a strong connection to everyday life but is often perceived as challenging due to a lack of innovative teaching methods. The ethnoscience approach, implemented through Student Worksheets (LKPD) utilizing natural dyes from Ketapang leaves, aims to enhance conceptual understanding, cultural values, and sustainability. This research employed the ADDIE development model, with data analysis techniques including gravimetric methods to determine chlorophyll content, Aiken's V to assess the validity of the LKPD, and a Likert scale to evaluate students' responses to the worksheets. The highest chlorophyll content during the adsorption process was recorded at 11.37% with 62.5g of Ketapang leaves. The research findings indicate that the LKPD can serve as effective teaching materials for practical activities, achieving an average validity score of 0.902 on Aiken's V scale, categorized as valid. Student responses to the LKPD were overwhelmingly positive, with an average score of 98%, demonstrating a strong reception.

Additional Information: | Kimia memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, namun sering dianggap sulit karena kurangnya inovasi pembelajaran. Pendekatan etnosains melalui Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) penggunaan warna alami daun Ketapang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, nilai budaya, dan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan teknik analisis data meliputi analisis metode gravimetri untuk mengetahui kadar klorofil, validitas aiken’s v untuk mengetahui kevalidan LKPD praktikum dan skala likert untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD praktikum. Kadar klorofil terbanyak pada proses adsorpsi adalah 11,37% dengan massa daun Ketapang 62.5g. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD praktikum dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar praktikum dengan nilai validitas aiken’s v rata rata 0.902 dinyatakan valid. Respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan LKPD praktikum sangat kuat, dengan hasil rata rata 98%. | |||||||||
