Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Facebook social media as a promotional tool in increasing property sales at Graha Bukit Jimbaran. The research method used involves analyzing data from promotional campaigns carried out via the Facebook platform and their impact on increasing interest and property sales. The results of this research are expected to provide deeper insight into the role of Facebook social media in strengthening property marketing strategies and increasing sales levels

Additional Information: | Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan media sosial Facebook sebagai alat promosi dalam meningkatkan penjualan properti di Graha Bukit Jimbaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan analisis data dari kampanye promosi yang dilakukan melalui platform Facebook dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan minat dan penjualan properti. Hasil dari penelitian ini promosi yang dilakukan graha bukit jimbaran adalah advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling dan direct marketing. Diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang peran media sosial Facebook dalam memperkuat strategi pemasaran properti dan meningkatkan tingkat penjualan. | |||||||||
