Abstract

This Study aims to determine the effect of Financial Technology (FinTech) and Financial Literacy on the Performance of MSMEs in Kasemen Serang Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research type and the sample of this research is 50 UKM in Kasemen Serang Regency. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. The data analysis used was SPSS analysis version 29.0. Based on the results of Financial Technology (FinTech) research on the performance of MSMEs in Kasemen Serang Regency, it has a positive effect. Financial Literacy has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs in Kasemen Serang Regency. Financial Technology (FinTech) and Financial Literacy have a positive impact on the performance of MSMEs in Kasemen Serang District.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial Technology (FinTech) dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Kasemen Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Kasemen Serang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis SPSS versi 29.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Financial Technology (FinTech) terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Kasemen Serang berpengaruh positif. Literasi Keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Kasemen Serang berpengaruh positif. Financial Technology (FinTech) dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Kasemen Serang berpengaruh positif.
