Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of the non-economic and economic sectors, where in the non-economic sector we use the democracy index and corruption perception index, and in the economic sector we use inflation, exports and economic growth on the inflow of foreign direct investment in ASEAN-6 countries. The data used in this research is secondary data sourced from the world bank, economist intelligence unit, and transparency international. Panel data analysis method using the FEM (Fixed Effect Model) model. Based on the results of the F statistical test (simultaneous test), it shows that in the non-economic sector the democracy index, and the corruption perception index, and in the economic sector, namely inflation, exports and economic growth, simultaneously influence foreign direct investment in ASEAN-6 countries. Then, based on the t test (partial test), it shows that the democracy index has a negative and significant effect on foreign direct investment in ASEAN-6 countries, inflation and exports have a positive and significant effect on foreign direct investment, the corruption perception index and economic growth have no effect on foreign direct investment. in ASEAN-6 countries.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari sektor non-ekonomi dan ekonomi, dimana pada sektor non-ekonomi menggunakan indeks demokrasi dan indeks persepsi korupsi, dan pada sektor ekonomi menggunakan inflasi, ekspor dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap aliran masuknya investasi asing langsung negara ASEAN-6. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari world bank, economist intelligence unit, dan transparency international. Metode analisis data panel dengan model FEM (Fixed Effect Model). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik F (uji simultan) menunjukkan bahwa pada sektor non-ekonomi indeks demokrasi, dan indeks persepsi korupsi, dan pada sektor ekonomi yaitu inflasi, ekspor, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap investasi asing langsung di negara ASEAN-6. Kemudian berdasarkan uji t (uji parsial) menunjukkan bahwa indeks demokrasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung di negara ASEAN-6, inflasi dan ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung, indeks persepsi korupsi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap investasi asing langsung di negara ASEAN-6. | |||||||||
