Abstract
This study aims to examini the management of work stress (X1) and the influence of organization commitment (X2) on employee performance (Y), with job satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variabel at PT. Raja Goedang Mas Serang. The method used in this research os quatitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consists of 150 employees of PT. Raja Goedang Mas Serang. The research sample includes 60 respondents, selected using slovin sampling formula. Instrument testing in this study was conducted on 30 nonrespondents through validity and reliability tests using IBM SPSS 20.0 analysis software. Data analysis is the research employed Structura Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 analytical tool. The result og this sudy indicate that: (1) the management of work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) the management of work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between work stress management and employee performance, and (7) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan stres kerja (X1) dan pengaruh komitmen organisasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan kepuasan kerja (Z) sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Raja Goedang Mas Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 orang karyawan pada PT. Raja Goedang Mas Serang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan 60 sampel dengan menggunakan sampling slovin. Uji instrumen dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 non-responden melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alat analisis IBM SPSS 20.0. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengelolaan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) pengelolaan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (6) kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan pengelolaan stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan, (7) kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
