Abstract
The existence of Jathilan Bhekso Turonggo Mudho arts in Ciruas sub-district, Banten regency (Arsy Luxmy Fatwa Nurani, 2024) Undergraduate Thesis of Performing Arts Education, Faculty of Teaching and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The Jathilan Bhekso Turonggo Mudho Association, located in Ciruas District, Serang Regency, is a traditional Javanese art group based in Banten Province, which has established its presence and demonstrates its ongoing existence. So it is widely known in Ciruas and surrounding areas. The problem of this research is how the existence of Jathilan Bhekso Turonggo Mudho Art in Ciruas District, Serang Regency. This study employs a qualitative research approach, using a descriptive-analytical method for data analysis. Data were collected through a combination of direct and indirect observations, interviews, and documentary evidence. The results showed that this Association still continues to show its existence because of several things that they have, that exist, and that they experience, from the three discussions it proves that this Association still exists but the external factors that make this Association difficult to develop are due to economic constraints and also not yet registered in cultural arts attacked or not yet legalised. This makes it difficult for the Association to develop.

Paguyuban Jathilan Bhekso Turonggo Mudho yang berada di Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang kesenian tradisional Jawa yang berdiri di Provinsi Banten memperlihatkan eksistensinya. Sehingga banyak dikenal di daerah Ciruas dan sekitarnya. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana eksistensi Kesenian Jathilan Bhekso Turonggo Mudho di Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang. Peneliti ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis data secara deskriptif analistik. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi langsung maupun tidak langsung, wawancara, dan didukung dengan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paguyuban ini masih terus eksis dikarenakan beberapa hal yang mereka miliki, yang ada, dan yang mereka alami, dari ketiga pembahasan tersebut membuktikan bahwa Paguyuban ini masih eksis namun faktor eksternal yang membuat Paguyuban ini sulit berkembang adalah karena terkendala oleh ekonomi dan juga belum terdaftar dalam kesenian budaya diSerang atau belum terlegalitas. Hal ini yang membuat Paguyuban sulit berkembang. | |||||||||
