Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) How the implementation of personalized learning model in children of studia homeschooling east jakarta. (2) How to develop children's potential and interests so that personalized learning can be applied optimally at studia homeschooling east jakarta. (3) What are the benefits obtained in children against personalized learning in the development of children's potential and interests applied at studia homeschooling east jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 14 informants consisting of principals, tutors and studia Homeschooling East Jakarta residents. The results showed that (1) The application of the personalized learning model to children was applied three applications, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. (2) How to develop the potential and interests of children so that personalized learning can be applied optimally at studia Homeschooling east jakarta then to be based on how to develop the potential and interests of children has several aspects such as understanding the potential needs and interests of children, providing space to explore and build a sense of confidence and achievement. (3) The benefits that children get from personalized learning in the development of children's potential and interests applied at studia Homeschooling east jakarta include increased critical thinking, motivation and involvement, development of self-confidence, emotional well-being and development of social skills, therefore they are interrelated and help children grow into better individuals.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran personalisasi pada anak studia homeschooling jakarta timur. (2) Bagaimana cara untuk mengembangkan potensi dan minat anak agar pembelajaran personalisasi dapat diterapkan dengan optimal di studia homeschooling jakarta timur. (3) Apa saja manfaat yang didapat pada anak terhadap pembelajaran personalisasi dalam perkembangan potensi dan minat anak yang diterapkan pada studia homeschooling jakarta timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 14 informan yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, tutor dan warga belajar studia homeschooling Jakarta Timur. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran personalisasi pada anak diterapkan tiga penerapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. (2) Cara mengembangkan potensi dan minat anak agar pembelajaran personalisasi dapat diterapkan dengan optimal di studia homeschooling jakarta timur lalu untuk berdasarkan cara mengembangkan potensi dan minat anak memiliki beberapa aspek seperti memahami kebutuhan potensi dan minat anak, memberikan ruang untuk mengeksplorasi dan membangun rasa percaya diri dan pencapaian. (3) Manfaat yang didapat pada anak terhadap pembelajaran personalisasi dalam perkembangan potensi dan minat anak yang diterapkan pada studia homeschooling jakarta timur meliputi peningkaran berpikir kritis, motivasi dan keterlibatan, perkembangan kepercayaan diri, kesejahteraan emosional dan perkembangan keterampilan sosial maka dari itu saling terkait dan membantu anak tumbuh menjadi individu lebih baik.
