Abstract

The research aims to find out the learning strategies of guru penggerak in realizing student agency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique in this study uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the process of planning guru penggerak strategy in realizing student agency by creating teaching modules that list learning objectives, learning materials, learning methods, learning models, learning media and learning evaluations that are adjusted to the characteristics of students or students' abilities, the implementation of the guru penggerak learning strategy in realizing student agency by implementing The learning uses the teaching modules that he made and carries out learning which includes the voice aspect, the choice aspect and the ownership aspect, the results of the implementation of guru penggerak learning strategy in realizing student agency can be seen with students being independent, critical and creative reasoning, and the challenge of guru penggerak in realizing student agency is divided into two, namely facilities and infrastructure as well as students' self-awareness in carrying out learning activities. The implementation of learning strategies carried out by guru penggerak in grade VI can realize student’s agency at SDN Buah Gede.

Additional Information: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan strategi guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik dengan membuat modul ajar yang tercantum tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, model pembelajaran, media pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik atau kemampuan peserta didik, pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik dengan melaksanakan pembelajarannya menggunakan modul ajar yang dibuatnya serta melaksanakan pembelajaran yang meliputi aspek suara (voice), aspek (choice) dan aspek kepemilikan (ownership), hasil penerapan strategi pembelajaran guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik terlihat dengan peserta didik dapat mandiri, bernalar kritis dan kreatif, dan tantangan guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik terbagi menjadi dua yaitu sarana dan prasarana serta kesadaran diri peserta didik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru penggerak di kelas VI dapat mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik di SDN Buah Gede.
