Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of biourine concentration and dose of cow dung fertilizer on the growth and yield of purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). This research was conducted from April 2024 to July 2024. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD). Cow biourine as the first factor with 4 levels namely without cow biourine, 150 ml/l, 300 ml/l, and 450 m/l. Cow dung fertilizer as the second factor with 4 levels,namely without cow dung fertilizer treatment, 250 g/polybag, 500 g/polybag, and 750 g/Polybag. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of fruit, fruit weight, fruit length, and fruit diameter. The research results showed that giving a concentration of cow biourine 300 ml/l had the best effect on the parameter of fruit number of 3,33 dan fruit weight of 381,08 grams. The application of 750 g cow dung fertilizer/polybag geve the best 300 ml/l had the best effect on the parameter of fruit number of 3,33 dan fruit weight of 381,08 grams. The application of 750 g cow dung fertilizer/polybag geve the best effect on the ffect on the parameters of number of 5 week after planting (WAP) leaves of 25,00. number of fruit per plant 3,75. Fruit weight per fruit 436,95 grams. There was an interaction between the concentration of biourin and the dose of cow dung fertilizer on the paremeters of the number of leaves of 25,00 pieces and the number of fruit of 4,66 pieces.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi biourin dan dosis pupuk kotoran sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terong ungu (Solanum melongena L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2024 sampai dengan Juli 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Biourin sapi sebagai faktor pertama dengan 4 taraf yaitu tanpa biourin sapi, 150 ml/l, 300 ml/l, dan 450 m/l. Pupuk kotoran sapi sebagai faktor kedua dengan 4 taraf yaitu tanpa perlakuan pupuk kotoran sapi, 250 g/polybag, 500 g/polybag, dan 750 g/polybag. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah buah, berat buah, panjang buah, dan diameter buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian biourin sapi konsentrasi 300 ml/l memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter jumlah buah sebesar 3,33 dan berat buah sebesar 381,08 gram. Pemberian pupuk kotoran sapi 750 g/polybag memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter jumlah buah sebesar 3,33 dan berat buah sebesar 381,08 gram. Pemberian pupuk kotoran sapi 750 g/polybag memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter jumlah daun umur 5 minggu setelah tanam (MST) sebesar 25,00. jumlah buah per tanaman 3,75. berat buah per buah 436,95 gram. Terdapat interaksi antara konsentrasi biourin dan dosis pupuk kotoran sapi pada parameter jumlah daun sebesar 25,00 helai dan jumlah buah sebesar 4,66 helai.
