Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how SMAN 1Cijaku in shaping the discipline of students, then how theimplementation, follow-up, and evaluation of SMAN 1 Cijaku in shaping student discipline at school. Discipline of students at school. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach at SMAN 1 Cijaku. This research This research uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. documentation. SMAN 1 Cijaku makes planning in implementing learner discipline through a pre-made order that has been made before. Because the school makes a planning with the existing environmental culture. Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana SMAN 1 Cijaku dalam membentuk kedisiplinan peserta didik, kemudian bagaimana pelaksanaan, tidnak lanjut, dan evaluasi SMAN 1 Cijaku dakam membentuk kedisiplinan peserta didik di sekolah. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif di SMAN 1 Cijaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua sumber data yakni sumber primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Mills and Hubberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dalam penerapan tata tertib di sekolah dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan. SMAN 1 Cijaku membuat perencanaan dalam melakukan implementasi kedisiplinan peserta didik melalui tata tertib yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya. Hal ini karena sekolah membuat suatu perencanaan dengan kebudayaan lingkungan yang ada. Dalam hal pelaksanaan, faktor-faktor seperti penerapan tata tertib, kepatuhan, pemberian sanksi, dan segala bentuk penunjang lain seperti kegiatan upacara bendera, eskul, dan lain sebagainya merupakan salah satu faktor yang menjadi prioritas sekolah dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan kedisiplinan. Kemudian dalam tahap tindak lanjut dan evaluasi peneliti menemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa aspek yang menjadi focus dari sekolah diantaranya seperti pengumpulan data tata tertib, analisis efektivitas program kedisiplinan, rapat evaluasi tim kedisiplinan dan tindak lanjut terhadap yang bermasalah. Ketiga aspek tersebut kemudian dilaksanakan dengan baik dan terstruktur yang kemudian dapat mencapai goals point utama yaitu peningkatan kedisiplinan peserta didik.
