Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation and constraints of promotion, people, sharia process on increasing sales volume at PT. Citra Elektrindo Mandiri. In addition, to formulate strategies that can be proposed to improve the effectiveness of promotion, people, sharia process in order to increase sales volume. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques are obtained using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study indicate that in the Promotion aspect, the door-to door system has proven effective in maintaining relationships with loyal customers because trust is easily built directly. However, dependence on this method and limited development of digital promotions hinder the company from reaching a wider market. In the People aspect, high employee turnover has a negative impact on operational stability and service quality, which can reduce customer loyalty. Meanwhile, in the Process aspect, although the company has implemented ISO 2015-based SOP as an operational standard, limited human resources and dependence on manual processes slow down operational efficiency. This study concludes that PT. Citra Elektrindo Mandiri has tried to implement sharia principles in every marketing element. In promotion, the company emphasizes honesty and transparency and avoids fraud. In the People aspect, honesty and trustworthiness are the main values. While in the Process, the company strives to maintain transparency, fairness, and avoid detrimental practices.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi dan kendala promotion, people, process syariah terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan pada PT. Citra Elektrindo Mandiri. Selain itu, untuk merumuskan strategi yang dapat diusulkan guna meningkatkan efektivitas promotion, people, process syariah dalam rangka meningkatkan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data diperoleh menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam aspek Promotion, sistem door-to-door terbukti efektif untuk menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan tetap karena kepercayaan yang mudah dibangun secara langsung. Namun, ketergantungan pada metode tersebut dan terbatasnya pengembangan promosi digital menghambat perusahaan untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Dalam aspel People, tingginya pergantian karyawan berdampak negatif pada stabilitas operasional dan kualitas layanan, yang dapat mengurangi loyalitas pelanggan. Sementara itu, dalam aspek Process, meskipun perusahaan telah menerapkan SOP berbasis ISO 2015 sebagai standar operasional, keterbatasan SDM dan ketergantungan pada proses manual memperlambat efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PT. Citra Elektrindo Mandiri telah berusaha menjalankan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam setiap elemen pemasaran. Dalam promosi, perusahaan menekankan kejujuran dan transparansi serta menghindari penipuan. Pada aspek People, kejujuran dan amanah dijadikan nilai utama. Sedangkan dalam Process, perusahaan berupaya untuk menjaga transparansi, keadilan, dan menghindari praktik yang merugikan. | |||||||||
