Abstract
Workplaces generally have various potential hazards that can lead to losses or occupational diseases. Implementing an OHS program for employees is very important because it aims to create a safe and unified work system that can improve employee productivity. PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Banten 2 Labuan is a company engaged in the power generation business using coal. The research was conducted in the production area of the boiler, LP line, and turbine because maintenance processes are often carried out in these areas and the risk of accidents is high in these areas. The purpose of this study is to identify potential hazards and evaluate OHS in maintenance activities using the JSA and HIRARC methods, assisted by the fishbone diagram tool, in order to obtain improvement proposals as a preventive measure and minimize potential hazards. The results of this study found 25 potential hazards, including 15 potential hazards in the boiler section consisting of 1 low category, 2 moderate, 9 high, and 3 extreme. The root cause of the highest risk is solved using a fishbone diagram which includes human factors, methods, materials, environment, and machines. Then improvement proposals are made using the 5W+1H method which can provide an overview of the OHS implementation program regarding deficiencies that need to be improved or successes that need to be consistently maintained or even increased at PLN Indonesia Power Unit Bisnis Pembangkitan Banten 2 Labuan.

Additional Information: | Tempat kerja umumnya memiliki potensi bahaya yang berbeda-beda dan menimbulkan kerugian atau penyakit akibat kerja. Pelaksanaan program K3 bagi karyawan sangatlah penting karena bertujuan untuk menciptakan sistem keselamatan dan kesatuan kerja yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Banten 2 Labuan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembangkit tenaga listrik yang menggunakan batu bara. Penelitian dilakukan di area produksi bagian boiler, line LP dan turbin karena pada proses maintenance sering dilakukan di area tersebut dan risiko kecelakaan banyak terjadi pada area tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan pengevaluasian K3 pada kegiatan maintenance menggunakan metode JSA dan HIRARC lalu dibantu dengan tools diagram fishbone., sehingga mendapatkan usulan perbaikan sebagai langkah preventif dan meminimalisir potensi bahaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menemukan didapatkan sebanyak 25 potensi bahaya, diantaranya bagian boiler terdapat 15 potensi bahaya yang terdiri dari kategori low 1, moderate 2, high 9, dan extreme 3. Akar permasalahan utama dari risiko tertinggi diselesaikan menggunakan diagram fishbone yang meliputi faktor manusia, metode, material, lingkungan dan mesin. Kemudian usulan perbaikan dilakukan dengan metode 5W+1H yang dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai program implementasi K3 mengenai kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki atau keberhasilan yang perlu dipertahankan dengan konsisten bahkan ditingkatkan lagi pada PLN Indonesia Power Unit Bisnis Pembangkitan Banten 2 Labuan. | |||||||||
