Abstract
This study was aimed to examine the effects of liquid organic fertilizer from moringa leaves, branded as Moringa-LOF, and cow manure dosages on the growth and yield of purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). The research was conducted from June to September 2024 at Puri Tambak Gemilang, Serang, Banten, used a Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor was the liquid moringa leaf fertilizer (K), which consisted of four concentrations: 0 ml/l (K0), 5 ml/l (K1), 10 ml/l (K2), and 15 ml/l (K3). The second factor was the cow manure dosage (S) with three levels: 0 g/crop (S0), 500 g/crop (S1), and 600 g/crop (S2). The results showed that a 10 ml/l concentration of moringa fertilizer (K2) produced the highest plant height at 4 and 6 week after planting (WAP). A 5 ml/l concentration (K1) significantly increased the leaf count at 2 WAP, while a 15 ml/l concentration (K3) increased crop production per sample. Additionally, a cow manure dosage of 600 g/crop (S2) resulted in the highest plant height and most number of leaves count across several WAP intervals. Interactions were observed between certain combinations of liquid fertilizer and cow manure. The best treatment combination was seen with K2 and S0, which produced the highest plants at 4 and 6 WAP, also most number of leaves at 1 and 2 WAP. Another optimal combination K3 and S2, also produced the highest plant height and most number of leaves in other intervals, showing varied effects based on application levels.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk organik cair daun kelor dengan merk Moringa-LOF dan pupuk kandang sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terung ungu (Solanum melongena L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni hingga September 2024 di Puri Tambak Gemilang, Serang, Banten, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk daun kelor cair (K), yang terdiri dari empat konsentrasi: 0 ml/l (K0), 5 ml/l (K1), 10 ml/l (K2), dan 15 ml/l (K3). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kandang sapi (S) dengan tiga taraf: 0 g/tanaman (S0), 500 g/tanaman (S1), dan 600 g/tanaman (S2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pupuk kelor 10 ml/l (K2) menghasilkan tinggi tanaman tertinggi pada 4 dan 6 minggu setelah tanam (MST). Konsentrasi 5 ml/l (K1) secara signifikan meningkatkan jumlah daun pada 2 MST, sedangkan konsentrasi 15 ml/l (K3) meningkatkan produksi tanaman per sampel. Selain itu, dosis pupuk kandang sapi 600 g/tanaman (S2) menghasilkan tinggi tanaman tertinggi dan jumlah daun terbanyak di beberapa interval MST. Interaksi terjadi antara kombinasi pupuk cair dan pupuk kandang sapi. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik terlihat pada K2 dan S0, yang menghasilkan tanaman tertinggi pada 4 dan 6 MST, serta jumlah daun terbanyak pada 1 dan 2 MST. Kombinasi optimal lainnya K3 dan S2, juga menghasilkan tinggi tanaman tertinggi dan jumlah daun terbanyak pada interval lainnya, yang menunjukkan efek yang bervariasi berdasarkan tingkat aplikasi. | |||||||||
