Abstract

A restaurant is a means of providing services in the form of food and beverages. In this case, the quality of good service greatly determines the development of restaurants other than food and beverages as products offered. Labbaik Chicken, is a fast food restaurant that has a mission to provide high-quality products and services that are halal. The purpose of this study is to find out how the quality of service of Labbaik Chicken Ciracas Serang Banten Branch is. The writing method used is a descriptive method. Data collection in this final project uses observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the final project show that the quality of service from Labbaik Chicken Ciracas is good in providing quality of service to consumers.

Additional Information: Restoran merupakan suatu sarana untuk menyelenggarakan jasa pelayanan berupa makanan dan minuman. Dalam hal ini, kualitas pelayanan yang baik sangat menentukan perkembangan restoran selain makanan dan minuman sebagai produk yang ditawarkan. Labbaik Chicken, merupakan restoran cepat saji yang memiliki misi menyediakan produk dan pelayanan berkualitas tinggi yang halal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan Labbaik Chicken Cabang Ciracas Serang Banten. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil tugas akhir memperlihatkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dari Labbaik Chicken Ciracas adalah sudah baik dalam memberikan kualitas pelayanan kepada konsumen.
