Abstract
Perkembangan perkotaan dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas masyarakat, lokasi, kepadatan penduduk, serta faktor ekonomi, yang semuanya merupakan Karakteristik penting dalam sistem perkotaan. Di kota-kota Provinsi Banten seperti Cilegon dan Tangerang, infrastruktur transportasi, terutama jalan utama, memainkan peran kunci dalam mendukung mobilitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar, baik Cilegon maupun Tangerang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola volume lalu lintas yang terus meningkat. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan analisis mendalam guna memahami arus lalu lintas, tingkat kemacetan, dan faktor terkait lainnya. Pada penelitian ini, dibandingkan metode manual menggunakan metode PKJI 2014 dengan penggunaan aplikasi RAKJa. Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dengan mengambil beberapa ruas jalan di dua kota yaitu Cilegon dan Kota Tangerang, didapatkan persentase selisih perbedaan perhitungan menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2014 dengan perhitungan RAKJa yaitu untuk volume lalu lintas nilai selisih terbesarnya 2,92%, kapasitas jalan nilai selisih terbesarnya 2,27%, derajat kejenuhan nilai selisih terbesarnya 4,40%, dan untuk tingkat pelayanan dari semua ruas jalan memiliki nilai selisih 0%.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan secara manual dengan menggunakan aplikasi RAKJa menunjukkan selisih yang kecil. Oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa perhitungan tersebut sesuai dengan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia Tahun 2014.

Additional Information: | Urban development is influenced by community activities, location, population density, and economic factors, all of which are important characteristics in the urban system. In cities in the Banten Province, such as Cilegon and Tangerang, transportation infrastructure, especially main roads, plays a key role in supporting mobility and economic growth. With a large population, both Cilegon and Tangerang face challenges in managing the increasing volume of traffic. To address these challenges, in-depth analysis is required to understand traffic flow, congestion levels, and other related factors. In this study, the manual method using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guide (PKJI) is compared with the use of the RAKJa application. The research, conducted on several road sections in the two cities of Cilegon and Tangerang, found that the percentage differences between the calculations using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guide and the RAKJa application were as follows: for traffic volume, the largest difference was 2.92%, for road capacity, the largest difference was 2.27%, for degree of saturation, the largest difference was 4.40%, and for service level, all road sections showed a 0% difference. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the manual calculations using the RAKJa application show small differences. Therefore, it can be said that the calculations are consistent with the Indonesian Road Capacity Guide of 2014. | |||||||||
