Abstract
The research aims to analyze the novel Pulang by Leila S. Chudori through the lens of literary psychology according to Sigmund Freud and David Krech. Freud states that literary psychology consists of three categories: the Id, Ego, and Superego. Meanwhile, David Krech proposes that literary psychology comprises seven elements: guilt, repressed guilt, self-punishment, shame, sadness, hatred, and love. By analyzing the structure of personality and its classifications, this research identifies the various forms of feelings, actions, emotions, and thoughts of the characters in the novel. This research employs qualitative methods with a literary psychology approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are reading and note-taking techniques. The data source for this research is the novel Pulang by Leila S. Chudori. The data consists of quoted dialogues, paragraphs, or sentences that depict the personality and emotions of the characters in the novel. The findings of the research reveal a total of 112 data points, with 43 data points classified under the structure of literary psychology: 14 data points for the Id, 21 for the Ego, and 6 for the Superego. As for the classification of emotions, 69 data points were identified, comprising 12 for guilt, 1 for repressed guilt, 0 for self-punishment, 6 for shame, 23 for sadness, 14 for hatred, and 13 for love. The findings and analysis in this research are utilized to develop a teaching module for 12th-grade high school students.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis novel Pulang karya Leila S. Chudori yang ditinjau dari psikologi sastra menurut Sigmund Freud dan David Krech. Freud berpendapat bahwa psikologi sastra terdiri atas tiga kategori yaitu Id, Ego, dan Superego. Sedangkan menurut David Krech psikologi sastra terdiri atas tujuh unsur, yaitu; rasa bersalah, rasa bersalah yang dipendam, menghukum diri sendiri, rasa malu, kesedihan, kebencian, dan cinta. Setelah melakukan analisis pada struktur kepribadian dan klasifikasinya maka akan ditemukan bagaimana bentuk-bentuk dari perasaan, tindakan, emosi, dari pemikiran para tokoh dalam novel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kulitatif dan metode pendekatan psikologi sastra. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Teknik baca, dan Teknik catat. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Pulang karya Leila S. Chudori. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan dialog, paragraf, atau kalimat yang menggambarkan kepribadian dan emosi tokoh dalam novel. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan data sebanyak 112 data dengan 43 data struktur psikologi sastra yang terdiri atas 14 data Id, 21 data Ego, dan 6 data Superego. Sedangkan untuk klasifikasi emosi hasil analisisnya sebanyak 69 yang terdiri atas 12 data rasa bersalah, 1 data rasa bersalah yang dipendam, o data menghukum diri sendiri, 6 data rasa malu, 23 data kesedihan, 14 data kebencian, dan 13 data cinta. Hasil analisis dan temuan pada penelitian ini dimanfaatkan sebagai penyusunan modul ajar di SMA kelas XII. | |||||||||
