Abstract
This research aims to find out the problem of students' level of responsibility in terms of using social media which is still not running well and correctly in utilizing its functions, for example, such as being too busy accessing social media, which causes feelings of laziness and delaying coursework. The method used in this research is the Quantitative, which includes product moment and simple regression tests, statistical tests carried out in this research are validity, reliability, normality and hypothesis testing. Through validity and reliability tests, the results showed that the questionnaire in this research was valid and reliable. And through the normality test, the results showed that this research was running normally. Based on the results of the normality test, it was found that the significance value was 0.200>0.05, so it could be concluded that the residual value was normal. Through hypothesis testing, it can be seen that the direction of influence of variable X on Y is positive. Thus, variable X social media Instagram has a positive effect on variable Y, responsible attitude. The perspective regarding the use of social media Instagram on students' responsible attitudes turns out to have positive and negative perspectives.

| Additional Information: | Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan tingkat tanggungjawab mahasiswa dalam hal penggunaan media sosial yang masih kurang berjalan dengan baik dan benar dalam memanfaatkan fungsinya, misalnya seperti terlalu asyik mengakses media sosial sehingga menimbulkan rasa malas dan menunda tugas kuliah, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang didalam nya terdapat product moment dan uji regresi sederhana, uji statistik yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas didapatkan hasil bahwa kuisioner dalam penelitian ini bersifat valid dan reliabel. Dan melalui uji normalitas didapatkan hasil bahwa penelitian ini berjalan dengan normal berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas menyatakan bahwa diketahui nilai signifikansi 0,200>0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai residual normal. Melalui uji hipotesis terlihat arah pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y adalah positif. Dengan demikian variabel X media sosial instagram berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Y sikap tanggung jawab. Perspektif mengenai penggunaan media sosial instagram terhadap sikap tanggungjawab mahasiswa ternyata didalamnya memiliki perspektif positif dan negatif. | |||||||||
