Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on the performance of PT employees. KSP Cilegon, work environment on employee performance of PT. KSP Cilegon, work discipline on the performance of PT employees. KSP Cilegon. In this research, work environment, intrinsic motivation and work discipline are independent variables and employee performance is the dependent variable. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative research type. The respondents for this research were 70 employees of PT. KSP Cilegon. The sampling technique uses a non-probabilistic sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the instrument test method, classical assumptions, regression analysis, f-test, and t-test using SPSS 22. The results of this research show (1) Intrinsic Motivation has no significant effect on employees, (2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employees, (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari motivasi instrinsik kepada kinerja karyawan PT. KSP Cilegon, lingkungan kerja kepada kinerja karyawan PT. KSP Cilegon, disiplin kerja kepada kinerja karyawan PT. KSP Cilegon. Pada penelitian ini lingkungan kerja, motivasi instrinsik, dan disiplin kerja menjadi variabel independen dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang karyawan PT. KSP Cilegon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling Non-Probabilit. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode uji instrumen, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, uji f, dan uji t dengan menggunaan SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Motivasi Instrinsik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karywan, (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karyawan, (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
