Abstract

This research is a research and development that produces digital engineering training products that use learning media in the form of starter packs, training modules and learning videos. Based on the results of a respondent survey conducted on 49 respondents of vocational high school students and students, 41.7% of students Strongly Agree and 29.2% Agree that they have difficulty in learning digital engineering and have not achieved competence in the field. So it is necessary to develop digital engineering training that refers to SKKNI competencies. The training designed in the study uses an independent learning system or self-learning with the help of learning module media and learning videos. The research carried out using the ADDIE model with 5 stages including 1. Analyze, 2. Design, 3. Development, 4. Implementation, 5. Evaluation. The products produced in this study are starter packs, practice modules, and learning videos. The subjects in this study were students of SMKN 1 Kota Cilegon, students of SMK Voctech 1 Kota Tangerang and students of Electrical Engineering Vocational Education who are relevant to the fields of electronics and manpower with a total of 23 respondents. The analysis techniques used were qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the level of feasibility of the digital engineering course design refers to the feasibility of the starter pack media, the feasibility of the learning video media and the feasibility of the material in the practice module. The results of the starter pack media evaluation showed the category "Very Feasible" with an average value of 61.33 with a range of 48. The results of the evaluation of the video media used in the training were in the category "Very Feasible" with an average value of 73 which was included in the range of 60. The results of the learning material evaluation were in the category "Very Feasible" with an average value of 77 which was in the range of 60. Furthermore, the respondents' assessment of the training was in the "Very Eligible" category with an average value of twenty-three respondents of 84.96 which is included in the range 66. Thus, the training design created is feasible to use.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan dan pengembangan yang menghasilkan produk pelatihan teknik digital yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa starter pack, modul pelatihan serta video pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil survei responden yang dilakukan terhadap 49 responden siswa SMK dan Mahasiswa, 41,7% peserta didik Sangat Setuju dan 29,2% Setuju bahwa mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari ilmu teknik digital dan belum tercapainya kompetensi dibidang tersebut. Sehingga perlu dikembangkan pelatihan teknik digital yang mengacu pada kompetensi SKKNI. Pelatihan yang dirancang dalam penelitian menggunakan sistem pembelajaran secara mandiri atau self learning dengan bantuan media modul pembelajaran dan video pembelajaran. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan dianataranya yaitu 1. Analyze (Analisis), 2. Design (Desain), 3. Development (Pengembangan), 4. Implementation (Implementasi), 5. Evaluation (Evaluasi). Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini ialah starter pack, modul praktik, dan video pembelajaran. subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah Siswa SMKN 1 Kota Cilegon, Siswa SMK Voctech 1 Kota Tangerang dan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Vokaional Teknik Elektro yang memiliki relevansi dengan bidang elektronika dan ketenagaan dengan jumlah 23 orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukan bahwa tingkat kelayakan desain kursus teknik digital mengacu pada kelayakan media starter pack, kelayakan media video pembelajaran dan kelayakan materi pada modul praktik. hasil evaluasi media starter pack menunjukan kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 61,33 dengan rentang 48. Hasil evalusi media video yang digunakan dalam pelatihan berada di kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan nilai rata�rata sebesar 73 yang termasuk kedalam rentang 60. Hasil evaluasi materi pembelajaran ialah berada dikategori “Sangat Layak” dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 77 yang berada pada rentang 60. Selanjutnya penilaian responden terhadap pelatihan, berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan nilai rata-rata dari dua puluh tiga responden ialah sebesar 84,96 yang termasuk kedalam rentang 66. Dengan demikian desan pelatihan yang dibuat layak untuk digunakan.
