Abstract

The background found based on the results of interviews in the field, namely the problem of the inconsistency of the business strategy planning used by Createoutid in running its business, is seen from the imbalance of the omnichannel method in it, then the few team members make Createoutid unable to carry out all market demands, then even though digital technology is a primary need, the limitations of digital tools make Createoutid unable to carry out professional level market demands. This study aims to: (1) Reveal how to make a good business plan at Createoutid; (2) Reveal how to determine the model and strategy used by Createoutid; (3) Reveal the advantages and disadvantages of team management and collaboration in order to achieve goals by avoiding the failure of the Createoutid startup. Reveal how to implement vocational entrepreneurs in startups; (4) Reveal how to implement vocational skills in the field of digital technology (digital tech skills) through adjusting the target market in the Createoutid startup. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. In this study, the researcher used several sources, namely the CEO of Createoutid, the Createoutid team, consumers and customers of Createoutid. This study uses the Cresswell model which is implemented interactively and continuously until completion, the Cresswell model includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in this study are: (1) The way Createoutid builds a business involves two aspects: internal (strategy, planning, goals, services, evaluation) and external (soft skills and product development). (2) To realize the business, Createoutid uses an omnichannel model with direct sales and advertising strategies. (3) The advantages and disadvantages of management and team collaboration in achieving the goals of the Createoutid startup involve factors of advantages (friendly prices, focus group discussions, special meetings, project revisions, vision and mission orientation, ease of transactions, brainstorming) and disadvantages (time management, lack of structure, miscommunication). (4) Implementation of vocational skills includes digital skills, editing, and social media management.

Additional Information: Latar belakang yang ditemukan berdasarkan hasil wawancara dilapangan yaitu permasalahan mengenai ketidaksesuaian perencanaan strategi bisnis yang digunakan createoutid dalam menjalankan bisnisnya terlihat dengan adanya ketidakseimbangan metode omnichanel didalamnya, kemudian anggota tim yang masih sedikit membuat createoutid tidak bisa menjalankan semua permintaan pasar, lalu meskipun teknologi digital merupakan kebutuhan primer namun keterbatasan alat digital membuat createoutid tidak dapat menjalankan permintaan pasar level professional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengungkap cara membuat perencanaan bisnis yang baik di Createoutid; (2) Mengungkap cara menentukan model dan strategi yang digunakan Createoutid; (3) Mengungkap kelebihan serta kekurangan manajemen dan kolaborasi tim guna mencapai tujuan dengan menghindari kegagalan startup Createoutid Mengungkap cara implementasi entrepreneur vokasi dalam stratup; (4) Mengungkap cara implementasi keterampilan vokasional dalam bidang teknologi digital (Skill digital tech) melalui penyesuaian target market dalam stratup Createoutid. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan beberapa sumber yaitu CEO Createoutid, tim. Createoutid, konsumen serta pelanggan Createoutid. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Cresswell yang dilaksanakan secara interaktif dan terlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas, model Cresswell meliputi pengumpulan data, data condensation, penyajiian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Cara Createoutid membangun bisnis melibatkan dua aspek: internal (strategi, perencanaan, tujuan, pelayanan, evaluasi) dan eksternal (pengembangan softskill dan produk). (2) Untuk mewujudkan bisnis, Createoutid menggunakan model omnichannel dengan strategi penjualan langsung dan iklan. (3) Kelebihan dan kekurangan manajemen serta kolaborasi tim dalam mencapai tujuan startup Createoutid melibatkan faktor kelebihan (harga bersahabat, focus group discussion, pertemuan khusus, revisi proyek, orientasi visi misi, kemudahan transaksi, brainstorming) dan kekurangan (manajemen waktu, kurang terstruktur, miskomunikasi). (4) Implementasi keterampilan vokasional meliputi keterampilan digital, editing, dan pengelolaan media sosial.
