Abstract
The implementation of E-Government in Indonesia is closely related to the implementation of an electronic-based government system (SPBE). E-Government and SPBE have aligned goals, namely, realizing clean, effective, efficient, and accountable governance, and improving the quality and reach of public services to the community. The SRIKANDI application is based on PANRB decision Number 679 of 2020 concerning General Applications for Dynamic Archives. In its implementation, the application of the SRIKANDI application experienced obstacles, there was a ransomware cyber attack on PDN by hackers, in its application the SRIKANDI application was often server down, maintenance, and errors, the results of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of SPBE, ANRI has not shown a significant increase in assessment. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of SRIKANDI at ANRI. The research method used in the research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Richardus Eko Indrajit model. The results showed that in general the implementation of the SRIKANDI application at ANRI has been running well, although there are still several indicators that need to be addressed and optimized. In the support indicator, the availability of technological support (hardware, software, and network), budget provision, availability of the responsible unit. In the capacity indicator, there is socialization and coaching to get competent human resources, there are competency standards, there is supervision. In the value indicator, the presence of SRIKANDI is considered capable of answering challenges in the digital era, cloud-based storage of SRIKANDI. However, what users are concerned about in using digital applications is ensuring the security of user data.

| Additional Information: | Penerapan E-Government di Indonesia memiliki kaitan yang sangat erat dengan pelaksanaan sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik (SPBE). Antara E-Governemnet dan SPBE memiliki tujuan yang selaras yakni, mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel, serta meningkatkan kualitas dan jangkauan pelayan publik kepada masyarakat. Aplikasi SRIKANDI ditetapkan berdasarkan keputusan PANRB Nomor 679 Tahun 2020 tentang Aplikasi Umum Bidang Kearsipan Dinamis. Dalam pelaksanaanya, Penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI mengalami kendala, terjadi penyerangan siber ransomware di PDN oleh hacker, pada penerapannya aplikasi SRIKANDI sering kali server down, mainatance, dan error, hasil pantauan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan SPBE, ANRI belum menunjukkan peningkatan penilaian yang signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan SRIKANDI di ANRI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Richardus Eko Indrajit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI di ANRI sudah berjalan baik meskipun masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang perlu dibenahi dan dioptimalkan. Pada indikator support, tersedianya dukungan teknologi (hardware, software, dan jaringan), penyediaan anggaran, tersedianya unit penanggungjawab. Pada indikator capacity, adanya sosialisasi dan pembinaan untuk mendapatkan SDM yang kompeten, terdapat standar kompetensi, adanya pengawasan. Pada indikator value, kehadiran SRIKANDI dirasa mampu menjawab tantangan di era digital, penyimpanan SRIKANDI yang sudah berbasis cloud. Namun yang dikhawatirkan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi digital ialah penjaminan keamanan data pengguna. | ||||||
