Abstract

The integrated augmented reality (AR) and STEM approach e-module is a learning module on cell material concept that utilizes STEM-based learning activities, equipped with AR features to visualize 3D cell objects. The purpose of this research is to know the development process and feasibility of the module based on expert evaluations and user responses. The research method used is R&D with reference to the development model by Sugiyono, the development steps include analysis of potential and problems, data collection, product design, product design validation, product design revision, product design testing and product revision. The research was carried out in April-October 2024 at SMAN 13 Kabupaten Tangerang, SMAN 19 Kabupaten Tangerang and SMAN 1 Tirtayasa. The research subject consisted of media expert, material expert, teacher of biology and 11th grade students. Based on The results of the validity test of the media and material experts' assessment of the product obtained a value of 0.72 and 0.75 in the valid category. Based on the percentage results of media expert assessments, it shows that the graphic aspect obtained 77% (feasible), accessibility 81% (very feasible) and audio visual 80% (feasible). The percentage results from material experts show that the material aspect obtained 78% (feasible), language 82% (very feasible), STEM approach 81% (very feasible) and completeness of module content 85% (very feasible). Test results of teacher and student responses to the product obtained a percentage in the very good category in the usefulness aspect, ease of use, ease of learning and satisfaction. Based on expert assessments and user responses, it can be concluded that the product is suitable for use. As a follow-up to this research, it is recommended to carry out an effectiveness testing stage to measure the impact of the module on student learning outcomes.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan dan kelayakan modul berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan respon pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Sugiyono. Adapun langkah-langkah pengembangan produk dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, validasi desain produk, revisi desain produk, uji coba desain produk dan revisi produk. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Oktober 2024 di SMAN 13 Kabupaten Tangerang, SMAN 19 Kabupaten Tangerang dan SMAN I Tirtayasa. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari ahli media, ahli materi, guru biologi dan siswa kelas 11. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas penilaian ahli media dan materi terhadap produk memperoleh nilai 0,72 dan 0,75 dengan kategori valid. Berdasarkan hasil persentase dari penilaian ahli media terhadap produk pada aspek grafis memperoleh 77% (layak), aksesibilitas 81% (sangat layak) dan audio-visual 80% (layak). Hasil persentase dari ahli materi terhadap produk pada aspek materi memperoleh 78% (layak), bahasa 82% (sangat layak), pendekatan STEM 81% (sangat layak) dan kelengkapan isi modul 85% (sangat layak). Hasil uji respon guru dan siswa terhadap produk memperoleh persentase dengan kategori sangat baik pada aspek usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning dan satisfaction. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan respon pengguna dapat disimpulkan produk layak untuk digunakan. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari penelitian ini, disarankan untuk melakukan tahap uji efektivitas guna mengukur dampak modul terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
