Abstract
This research was aimed to know the effect of AB Mix nutrient concentration and rice straw compost application on the growth of Rambutan Parakan plants (Nephelium lappaceum L.). This research was carried out at the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, from February until March 2024. The research method used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisted of two factors. The first factor was the concentration of AB Mix nutrient consisted of 5 levels, 0 ppm (N0), 1000 ppm (N1), 1500ppm (N2), 2000 ppm (N3). The second factor was the rice straw compost dosage consisted of 3 levels, 0g (J0), 125g (J1), and 250g (J2). The results showed that the providing AB Mix nutrition at a concentration of 1500 ppm had the best effect on the parameters of increasing the number of leaves at the ages 8 Weeks After Application (8 WAA) and increasing the length of leaves at 10 WAA. Providing AB Mix nutrition at a concentration of 2000 ppm had the best effect on the leaf greenness index parameters at 10 WAA. Providing rice straw compost at a dose of 250 gr had the best effect on leaf length parameters and the ratio of leaf length and width at 10 WAA. There is no interaction between the provision of AB Mix nutrition and rice straw compost on all response parameters for observing the growth of rambutan parakan plants (Nephelium lappaceum L.).

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi nutrisi AB Mix dan pemberian kompos jerami padi terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman rambutan parakan (Nephelium lappaceum L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Maret 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi nutrisi AB Mix yang terdiri dari 5 taraf yaitu 0 ppm (N0), 1000 ppm (N1), 1500ppm (N2), 2000 ppm (N3). Faktor kedua adalah dosis kompos jerami padi yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 0g (J0), 125g (J1), dan 250g (J2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian nutrisi AB Mix pada konsentrasi 1500 ppm memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter penambahan jumlah daun pada umur 8 Minggu Setelah Aplikasi (8 MSA) dan pertambahan panjang daun pada umur 10 MSA. Pemberian nutrisi AB Mix pada konsentrasi 2000 ppm memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter indeks kehijauan daun pada 10 MSA. Pemberian kompos jerami padi dengan dosis 250 gr memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter panjang daun dan rasio panjang dan lebar daun pada 10 MSA. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara pemberian nutrisi AB Mix dan kompos jerami padi pada seluruh parameter respon pengamatan pertumbuhan tanaman rambutan parakan (Nephelium lappaceum L.). | |||||||||
