Abstract
Companies can make it easier to achieve previously implemented goals by paying attention and caring about things that can influence employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of K3 culture and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population of this study was 122 employees at PT Puninar Fueller. The sample was determined through saturated sampling using the total population as a sample, namely 122 respondents. Data analysis uses the SEM approach which is processed via SmartPLS. Hypothesis test results show that K3 culture has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline and job satisfaction are proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. K3 culture and work discipline have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This research proves that job satisfaction has a partial mediating influence on the relationship between K3 culture and work discipline on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Perusahaan dapat mempermudah pencapaian tujuan-tujuan yang telah diterapkan sebelumnya dengan menperhatikan dan peduli terhadap hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh budaya K3 dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalu kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT Puninar Fueller yang berjumlah 122 orang. Sampel ditentukan melalaui sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan total populasi sebagai sampel yaitu 122 responden. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan SEM yang diolah melalui SmartPLS. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa budaya K3 tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya K3 dan disiplin kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh mediasi parsial pada hubungan budaya K3 maupun disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
