Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital and Income Diversification on Competitive Advantage and its implications for the Financial Performance of the Industry. The research used is descriptive quantitative. Data obtained from the annual reports of banking subsector financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021 using purposive sampling data collection techniques. The data analysis used uses the SPSS Version 26 for windows application. The results of this study indicate that the Intellectual Capital Variable affects Competitive Advantage while Income Diversification has no effect on Competitive Advantage, and the Competitive Advantage Variable affects Financial Performance.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Dan Income Diversification Terhadap Competitive Advantage Serta Implikasinya Terhadap Financial Performance Industri. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang didapat dari laporan tahunan perusahaan sektor keuangan subsektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2021 dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Variabel Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Competitive Advantage sedangkan Income Diversification tidak berpengaruh terhadap Competitive Advantage, dan Variabel Competitive Advantage berpengaruh terhadap Financial Performance.
