Abstract

This research uses a quantitative method with a Purposive Sampling technique sample type and is calculated using a sample determination formula with a minimum of 5 times the number of indicators so that the results obtained are 85 respondents determined in this research. The variables used by researchers are Perceived Organizational Support and Teamwork as independent variables, Job Satisfaction variables as intervening variables, and Employee Performance as dependent variables. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis methods, measurement model analysis methods, structural model analysis methods and partial tests (t-tests) using the Smart Partial Least Square Version 4.1.0.6 (SmartPLS) program. The results show that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, teamwork has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support on employee performance positively and significantly, and job satisfaction was able to mediate the relationship between teamwork and employee performance positively and significantly

Additional Information: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis sampel teknik Purposive Sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus penentuan sampel dengan minimal 5 kali jumlah indikator sehingga didapatkan hasilnya sebanyak 85 responden yang ditetapkan pada penelitian ini. Variabel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kerjasama Tim sebagai variabel independen, variabel Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dan Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel dependen. Metode analisis yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis model pengukuran, metode analisis model struktural dan uji parsial (uji-t) melalui penggunaan program Smart Partial Least Square Versi 4.1.0.6 (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai secara positif dan signifikan, serta kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai secara positif dan signifikan.
