Abstract
Every child has diverse potential that needs to be developed through the educational process. In the educational process, educators have an important role in planning a learning process that suits the varying needs of students, this is done by implementing differentiated learning. Differentiated learning is learning that can accommodate every difference in the needs, abilities and characteristics of students. So this research aims to find out strategies for implementing differentiated learning to develop students' potential. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive method, namely the data collected is in the form of words and images and not numbers obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be seen that (1) Differentiated learning planning at SDN Kelapa Dua includes student profiling, which is used as the basis for developing learning modules, which consist of learning outcomes and objectives, learning models, learning media, learning methods, and evaluation. made based on the abilities and characteristics of students, (2) Implementation of differentiated learning at SDN Kelapa Dua includes content differentiation, process differentiation, product differentiation and learning environment, and (3) Students' potential develops based on several indicators, namely students can solve a problem, Students can think creatively, students are able to channel their verbal talents in learning activities, and students can master the lessons learned.

Additional Information: | Setiap anak memiliki potensi yang beragam sehingga perlu dikembangkan melalui proses pendidikan. Dalam proses pendidikan pendidik memiliki peranan penting dalam merencanakan suatu proses pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik yang bervariasi, hal ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah pembelajaran yang dapat mengakomodasi setiap perbedaan kebutuhan, kemampuan dan karakteristik peserta didik. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yaitu data yang dikumpulkan berbentuk kata-kata dan gambar dan bukan angka yang didapat dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SDN Kelapa Dua melipui profiling peserta didik, yang dijadikan dasar dalam mengembangkan modul pembelajaran, yang terdiri dari capaian dan tujuan pembelajaran, model pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, serta evaluasi yang yang dibuat berdasarkan kemampuan dan karakteristik peserta didik, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SDN Kelapa Dua meliputi diferensiasi konten, diferensiasi proses, diferensiasi produk dan lingkungan belajar, dan (3) Potensi peserta didik berkembang berdasarkan beberapa indikator yaitu peserta didik dapat memecahkan suatu masalah, peserta didik dapat berfikir kreatif, peserta didik mampu menyalurkan bakat verbal dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, serta peserta didik dapat menguasai pelajaran yang dipelajari. | |||||||||
