Abstract
This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the impact of rising soybean prices on Tempe Craftsmen, Cibeber District, Cilegon City. The impact of the increase in soybean prices on the tempe business can be seen from the production costs incurred and the income received by Tempe Craftsmen before and after the increase in soybean prices. The data analysis method used is income analysis and R/C Ratio. Sampling in this research was carried out purposive sampling. Based on the research results, the increase in soybean prices has a significant impact on the income of Tempe Craftsmen in Cibeber District. Income before the increase in soybean prices was IDR. 27,281,250. However, after the soybean price increased, income fell to Rp. 15,060,937.5. The decline in income after the increase in soybean prices was caused by Tempe Craftsmen choosing to reduce production as a step to minimize losses. Tempe producers are expected to be able to implement effective strategies in preventing soybean price increases. It is hoped that the government and related institutions can increase the production and quality of local soybeans, so that local soybeans can become an alternative to reduce dependence on imported soybeans.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap dampak kenaikan harga kedelai harga di Pengrajin Tempe Kecamatan Cibeber Kota Cilegon. Dampak dari Kenaikan harga kedelai pada usaha tempe terlihat dari produksinya biaya yang dikeluarkan dan pendapatan yang diterima Pengrajin Tempe sebelum dan sesudahnya kenaikan harga kedelai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan dan Rasio R/C. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian, kenaikan harga kedelai berdampak signifikan terhadap pendapatan Pengrajin Tempe di Kecamatan Cibeber. Pendapatan sebelum kenaikan harga kedelai adalah Rp. 27.281.250. Namun setelah harga kedelai naik, pendapatan turun menjadi Rp. 15.060.937,5. Penurunan pendapatan setelah kenaikan kedelai Harga tersebut disebabkan oleh Perajin Tempe yang memilih mengurangi produksi sebagai langkahnya meminimalkan kerugian. Produsen tempe diharapkan mampu menerapkannya secara efektif strategi dalam mencegah kenaikan harga kedelai. Diharapkan kepada pemerintah dan instansi terkait dapat meningkatkan produksi dan mutu kedelai lokal, sehingga kedelai lokal bisa menjadi alternatif untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap impor kedelai. | |||||||||
