Abstract
The development of internet technology, especially Instagram social media, is currently one of the developments that has great benefits for the convenience of people to communicate both personally and organizationally. Currently, PT Bank Woori Saudara Tbk Serang Branch Office is one of the companies that uses Instagram as a communication medium, both information about products and information about the company itself. The purpose of this research is to find out how PT Bank Woori Saudara Serang Sub-Branch Office does its product marketing through social media and to find out the obstacles experienced in the process. This research method uses descriptive methods, collecting primary data through interviews, observation, data analysis and using a qualitative approach. The results of this Final Project Report show that PT Bank Woori Saudara uses Intagram as a medium for implementing its product marketing communications by using video features, Instagram stories features, Instagram TV features and Instagram feeds. The obstacles in the Implementation of PT Bank Woori Saudara Tbk Marketing Communication Through Instagram Social Media are because many customers do not know information about PT. Bank Woori Saudara Tbk which is caused by many customers living in areas with a bad signal.

Additional Information: | Perkembangan teknologi internet khususnya sosial media intagram pada saat ini menjadi salah satu perkembangan yang memiliki manfaat yang besar bagi kemudahan masyarakat untuk berkomunikasi baik secara personal maupun organisasi. Saat ini PT Bank Woori Saudara Tbk Kantor Cabang Serang menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang menjadikan intagram sebagai media komunikasi baik informasi tentang produk maupun informasi mengenai perusahaan itu sendiri.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara PT Bank Woori Saudara Kantor Cabang Pembantu Serang melakukan pemasaran produknya melalui media sosial dan untuk mengetahui hambatan yang dialami dalam proses tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan analisis data mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun hasil dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menunjukan bahwa PT Bank Woori Saudara mengunakan Intagram sebagai media penerapan komunikasi pemasaran produknya dengan mengunakan fitur video, fitur intagram stories, fitur intagram tv dan intagram feed. Adapun hambatan dalam Penerapan Komunikasi Pemasaran PT Bank Woori Saudara Tbk Melalui Media Sosial Intagram karena banyaknya nasabah yang belum mengetahui informasi tentang PT. Bank Woori Saudara Tbk yang disebabkan karena banyak nasabah yang tinggal didaerah dengan sinyal yang kurang baik. | |||||||||
