Abstract
Technological developments in the banking world in recent years have experienced very rapid development. This research aims to find out the analysis of retired credit customers and the use of the Taspen Authentication application, find out the procedures for using pension credit and the Taspen Authentication application, find out the advantages and disadvantages of the Taspen Authentication application for retired credit customers at Bank BWS Serang sub-branch office. The method used is a qualitative method which focuses on in-depth observation of pension credits and the use of the Taspen authentication application. The data sources used are the results of site visits, documentation and literature studies. The results of the research carried out can be concluded that getting credit at this bank involves assessment through 5 Cs (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions) and 7 Ps (People, Purpose, Product, Process, Policies, Procedures, Performance). The credit payment process is carried out in stages through pensioners' salaries using the Taspen Authentication application to facilitate authentication or verification of pensioners' salaries. The success of this verification is crucial because Bank Woori Saudara credit payments are deducted directly from pensioners' salaries. In this way, using the Taspen Authentication application not only makes the process of collecting retirees' salaries easier but also has a direct impact on the smoothness of credit payments for retired customers at PT Bank Woori Saudara.

Metode yang digunakan dalam metode kualitatif yang berfokus pada pengamatan yang mendalam terhadap kredit pensiun dan penggunaan aplikasi taspen otentifikasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah hasil dari melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan untuk mendapatkan kredit di bank ini melibatkan penilaian melalui 5 C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions) dan 7 P (People, Purpose, Product, Process, Policies, Procedures, Performance). Proses pembayaran kredit dilakukan secara bertahap melalui gaji pensiunan dengan penggunaan aplikasi Taspen Otentikasi untuk memudahkan otentikasi atau verifikasi pengambilan gaji pensiunan. Keberhasilan verifikasi ini menjadi krusial karena pembayaran kredit Bank Woori Saudara dipotong langsung melalui gaji pensiunan. Dengan demikan penggunaan aplikasi Taspen Otentikasi tidak hanya memudahkan proses pengambilan gaji pensiunan tetapi juga berpengaruh langsung pada kelancaran pembayaran kredit bagi nasabah pensiunan di PT Bank Woori Saudara. | |||||||||
