Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of quality management information, total quality management and innovation on balanced score cardbased company performance. The research method uses quantitative methods. The research population was production employees who worked at the Dover Chemical company in Cilegon City with a total of 537 employees. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique with the number of eligible samples according to the Slovin formula obtained as many as 85 respondents. Data analysis uses path analysis with the student version of the Smart PLS 3 program. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the R Square value for the balanced score card-based company performance construct or variable is 0.754, indicating a variation in the substantive influence of the quality management information, total quality management and innovation variables of 75.4 percent. Meanwhile, the remaining 24.6% is influenced by other variables but not researched, such as internal control systems, management information systems, organizational culture, quality costs, competitive advantage and other variables. The results of hypothesis testing show that quality management information has a positive effect on balanced score card-based company performance, total quality management has a positive effect on balanced score card-based company performance, and innovation has a positive effect on balanced score card-based company performance

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality management information, total quality management dan inovasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan berbasis balanced score card. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan bagian produksi yang bekerja di perusahaan Dover Chemical Kota Cilegon dengan jumlah sebanyak 537 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah kelayakan sampel menurut rumus slovin diperoleh sebanyak 85 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan program Smart PLS 3 versi student. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui nilai R Square pada konstruk atau variabel kinerja perusahaan berbasis balanced score card sebesar 0.754 menunjukkan variasi pengaruh substansif variabel quality management information, total quality management, dan inovasi sebesar 75,4 persen. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya namun tidak diteliti, seperti sistem pengendalian internal, sistem informasi manajemen, budaya organisasi, biaya kualitas, keunggulan bersaing dan variabel lain sebagainya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, diketahui quality management information berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan berbasis balanced score card, total quality management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan berbasis balanced score card, dan inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan berbasis balanced score card. | ||||||
