Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility there are many done by the world industry, one of them is done by PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. Is the company packaging largest paper made located in the Serang, Banten, Indonesia. Conducted the Corporate Social Responsibility to farmers the Teras form help pompanisasi by PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. Based on the issue researchers interested to have a research on how the role of Corporate Social Responsibility in the pompanisasi PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. on agricultural success in the Teras. This research using methods descriptive. Researchers collect data by spreading the questionnaire, observation and documentation, a sample of the research is farmers the Teras. Based on data and analysis that has been done so obtained the result that the role of Corporate Social Responsibility done by PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. Give good impact in agriculture in the Teras. It shows the role of Corporate Social Responsibility ( variable x ) produce values the percentage of 81,69 %, this shows that the role of Corporate Social Responsibility PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. Give a good program .And agricultural success in the terrace ( variable y ) produce values the percentage of 82,10 % , this shows that the success of agriculture in the terrace is considered to be pretty good the farmers. | Additional Information: | Program Corporate Social Responsibility saat ini banyak dilakukan oleh dunia industry, salah satunya yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. Merupakan perusahaan kemasan berbahan kertas terbesar yang berlokasi di Serang, Provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Melakukan program Corporate Social responsibility kepada petani Desa Teras berupa bantuan pompanisasi oleh PT Indah Kiat pulp and Paper Tbk. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang bagaimana peran Corporate Social Responsibility dalam program Pompanisasi PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk terhadap keberhasilan pertanian di Desa Teras. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang menjadi sample dalam penelitian ini adalah petani desa Teras. Berdasarkan data dan analisis yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan hasil bahwa peran Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilakukan oleh PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. memberikan dampak yang baik bagi pertanian di desa Teras. Perhitungan menunjukan Peran Corporate Social Responsibility (Variabel X) menghasilkan nilai persentase sebesar 81,69%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Corporate Social Responsibility PT Indah Kiat Pulp And Paper Tbk. memberikan program yang baik. Lalu Keberhasilan Pertanian di Desa Teras (Variabel Y) menghasilkan nilai persentase sebesar 82,10%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pertanian di desa teras dinilai sudah cukup baik oleh para petani.
