Abstract
This research is motivated by the existence of several principal leadership functions in Padarincang District that have not been able to influence teacher performance in carrying out their duties. Therefore, in order for teacher performance to be more optimal, of course the influence of the principal as a leader in the school must exist. In addition, the existing school culture must be able to improve teacher performance. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of principal leadership and sebatur sedulur school culture on teacher performance. Principal leadership has a role as a role model, as a mediator who can unite different people, and as a driver or motivator for the people he leads. This is in line with the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy. The sebatur sedulur culture is a culture that prioritizes the principles of brotherhood and family. The research was conducted using a quantitative method with a population and sample of teachers in 20 elementary schools in Padarincang District. The data collection technique used in this study consisted of a questionnaire or instrument, the analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, to find the influence between the variables of principal leadership (X1), sebatur sedulur school culture (X2) and teacher performance (Y). The results of the study are as follows: (1) There is an influence of principal leadership on teacher performance at Padarincang District Elementary Schools, (2) There is an influence of sebatur sedulur school culture on teacher performance at Padarincang District Elementary Schools, and (3) There is an influence of principal leadership and sebatur sedulur school culture on teacher performance at Padarincang District Elementary Schools.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya beberapa fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di wilayah Kecamatan Padarincang yang belum mampu mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Oleh sebab itu agar kinerja guru lebih optimal tentunya pengaruh kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di sekolah harus ada. Selain itu budaya sekolah yang adapun harus mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah sebatur sedulur terhadap kinerja guru. Kepemipinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran sebagai tauladan, menjadi penengah yang dapat menyatu padukan orang yang berbeda-beda, dan sebagai pendorong atau motivator bagi orang yang dipimpinnya. Hal ini sejalan dengan konsep trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara. Adapun budaya sebatur sedulur adalah budaya yang mengedepankan asas persaudraan dan kekeluargaan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel guru yang ada di 20 SD Kecamatan Padarincang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari angket atau instrumen, teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier ganda, untuk mencari pengaruh antar variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1), budaya sekolah sebatur sedulur (X2) dan kinerja guru (Y). Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Padarincang, (2) Terdapat Pengaruh budaya sekolah sebatur sedulur terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Padarincang, dan (3) Terdapat Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah sebatur sedulur terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Padarincang. | |||||||||
