Abstract
The background to this research is that there is an urgency to provide teaching materials that are relevant to the local wisdom of Tangerang City to Improve learning outcomes in class IV elementary schools. The aim of this research is to produce a flipbook of teaching materials based on local wisdom to improve cultural and civic literacy and to strengthen the character education of elementary school students. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The teaching material consists of a description of the city of Tangerang, the Palang Pintu tradition and the Lenggang Cisadane dance, as well as efforts to preserve the nation's culture. Research data collection was obtained through interviews, questionnaires and tests. Fill out the questionnaire in the form of a media expert, material expert and student response questionnaire. The test is held before the application of teaching materials (pre-test) and after the application of teaching materials (post-test). Next, the data is calculated using validation tests, t-tests, and n-gain tests. The research sample was 30 fourth grade elementary school students at SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi, Tangerang City, Banten. The results of the research show that teaching materials based on local wisdom using flipbook media to support cultural and civic literacy skills as well as strengthening the character education of elementary school students are classified into the "very feasible" category. The average student response to teaching materials as a whole is 91% and can be categorized as "very good". There is the influence of local wisdom-based teaching materials using flipbook media to improve cultural and civic literacy skills and strengthen the character education of elementary school students. The effectiveness of using local wisdom-based teaching materials with plifbook media to improve the cultural and civic literacy skills of SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi students in Tangerang City is 0.764 (76.4%) which is included in the "high" criteria and effectiveness in improving the character education of students in SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi Tangerang City was 0.684 (68.4%) which was included in the "medium" criteria. Based on the research results, teaching material products based on local wisdom using plifbook media are suitable for use to improve cultural and civic literacy skills as well as strengthening the character education of elementary school students.

Additional Information: | Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya urgensi untuk mengadakan bahan ajar yang relevan dengan kearifan lokal Kota Tangerang untuk mendukung Capaian Pembelajaran di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan flipbook bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan literasi budaya dan kewargaan dan sebagai penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik Sekolah Dasar. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Materi bahan ajar terdiri atas uraian tentang sekilas Kota Tangerang, tradisi Palang Pintu dan tari Lenggang Cisadane, serta upaya melestarikan budaya bangsa. Pengumpulan data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket, dan tes. Pengisian angket berupa angket ahli media, ahli materi, dan respon peserta didik. Tes diselenggarakan sebelum penerapan bahan ajar (pre-test) dan setelah penerapan bahan ajar (post-test). Selanjutnya data dihitung dengan uji t-test dan n-gain. Sample penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar di SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi Kota Tangerang Banten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal dengan media flipbook untuk Meningkatkan kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan serta penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik Sekolah Dasar tergolong ke dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Rata-rata respon peserta didik terhadap bahan ajar secara keseluruhan adalah 91% dan dapat dikategorikan “sangat baik”. Terdapat pengaruh bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal menggunakan media flipbook untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan dan penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik sekolah dasar. Efektivitas penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal dengan media plifbook untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan peserta didik SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi Kota Tangerang sebesar 0,764 (76,4%) yang termasuk ke dalam kriteria “tinggi” dan efektivitas dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter peserta didik di SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi Kota Tangerang sebesar 0,684 (68,4%) yang termasuk ke dalam kriteria “sedang.” Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka produk bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal dengan media plifbook layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan serta penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik Sekolah Dasar. | |||||||||
