Abstract

This study aims to describe and reveal the behavior strategy of school principals in implementing the values of fathonah, amanah, Shiddiq, tabligh in improving the school quality culture applied at SDIT Bina Insani. This type of research is qualita-tive, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The sub-jects of the study were principals, teachers, and staff. The research was carried out on March 25, April, May and June 28, 2024. The data collection techniques used are Obervation, interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed using the Milles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawn. The technique of checking the validity of the data by triangulation of the sources of research results shows the conclusion of this study, the meaning of the foundation of the context of the leadership of school principals in implementing FAST values in developing school quality culture. That Fathonah is a leader who has extensive knowledge and leads with her intelligence, and is able to build a reli-gious character. Trust responsibility and be fair, always committed to what he says. Shiddiq Honest in purpose, words and behavior and nature, Tabligh advises each other communicatively to carry out planning, implementation, evaluation and fol-low-up. The principal's strategy in developing quality at SDIT Bina Insani is to provide feedback to teachers for Umrah and Qurban Awards, school marketing strategies, hold extracurricular activities, formulate the vision and mission of the school curriculum, organize educational scholarships with the provision that teach-ers must be certified and teacher work group activities, hold scientific activities (training, seminars, workshops) and collaborate with other parties. The leadership role of the principal in the implementation of values (FAST) Fathonah, Amanah, Shiddiq, Tabligh in improving the quality culture at SDIT Bina Insani as a leader, Innovator, manager, administrator, supervisor. Limitations in Measuring the Imple-mentation of FAST Values The subjectivity of the assessment of the implementation of values such as Fathonah, Amanah, Shiddiq, and Tabligh is often subjective and difficult to measure quantitatively. Judgments about the extent to which these values are applied may depend heavily on the perception of the individual, be it the princi-pal, teacher, student, or parent.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengungkapkan strategi perilaku kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan nilai fathonah, amanah, Shiddiq, tabligh dalam meningkatkan budaya mutu sekolah yang diterapkan di SDIT Bina Insani. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, ob-servasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 25 Maret, April, Mei 28 Juni 2024. Teknik pengum-pulan data yang digunakan adalah Obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber hasil peneltian menunjukkan simpulan penelitian ini, makna dari landasan konteks kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan nilai FAST da-lam mengembangkan budaya mutu sekolah. Bahwa Fathonah seorang pemimpin yang memiliki pengetahuan luas dan memimpindengan kecerdasannya, dan mam-pu membangun karakter religius. Amanah tanggung jawab dan bersikap adil, selalu komitmen pada ucapan¬nya. Shiddiq Jujur dalam tujuan, perkataan dan perilaku dan sifatnya,Tabligh saling menasehati komunikatif mengadakan perencanaan,pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak Lanjut. Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu di SDIT Bina Insani memberikan rewad kepada guru untuk Umroh dan Award Qurban, strategi pemasaran sekolah, mengadakan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler , merumuskan visi misi kurikulum sekolah, menyelenggarakan beasiswa pendidikan dengan ketentuan bahwa guru harus sudah sertifikasi dan kegiatan kelompok kerja guru, mengadakan kegiatan ilmiah (diklat, seminar, work-shop) dan mengadakan kerja sama dengan pihak lain. Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam penerapan nilai ( FAST ) Fathonah, Amanah, Shiddiq, Tabligh dalam meningkatkan budaya mutu di SDIT Bina Insani sebagai leader , inovator, manajer, administrator, supervisor. Keterbatasan dalam mengukur implementasi nilai FAST subjektivitas penilaian implementasi nilai-nilai seperti Fathonah, Amanah, Shiddiq, dan Tabligh seringkali bersifat subjektif dan sulit untuk diukur secara kuantitatif. Penilaian tentang sejauh mana nilai-nilai ini diterapkan mungkin sangat bergantung pada persepsi individu, baik itu kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, atau orang tua. Kes-impulan penelitian bahwa peran kepala sekolah dan guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah sangat signifikan, terutama melalui partisipasi aktif dalam diklat, workshop, dan bimbingan teknis (bimtek). Keterlibatan terus menerus dalam program pengembangan profesional ini mendorong seluruh komponen sekolah un-tuk lebih efektif dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah.
