Abstract
The role of the school principal is very important in influencing and directing all existing school personnel, so that they can work together in efforts to achieve the goals of the school organization. No less important is the productivity of the school organization as seen in the effectiveness and efficiency of its management as well as the quality and quantity of its graduates, much of which is determined by the existence of high work discipline in the "work performance" of school personnel. In connection with the research problem formulation above, the aim is to: Analyze and describe school principals in planning, moving, communicating, directing, motivating, in increasing teacher professionalism. Methodology is an assessment in studying the rules in the method. So scientific methodology is an examination of the rules contained in the scientific method. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a method that researches and finds the widest possible information about the problem being studied: Research Approach, Type of research. Interview techniques, observation and documentation, the author conducted interviews with several people related to improving teacher professionalism and learning activities at SDN Pagelaran 1, Pagelaran District, Pandeglang Regency, namely, teacher conditions, teacher implementation, results of professional teacher improvement. The results of the research are based on the role of the principal in obtaining data. The researcher conducted interviews with 5 research subjects related to the role of the principal, including: The principal plans, moves, communicates, directs, motivates, in increasing teacher professionalism.

| Additional Information: | Peran kepala sekolah yang sangat penting dalam mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan semua personil sekolah yang ada, agar dapat bekerja sama dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan organisasi sekolah. Tidak kalah pentingnya adalah produktivitas organisasi sekolah sebagaimana yang tampak dalam bentuk efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaannya serta kualitas dan kuantitas dari lulusannya, banyak ditentukan oleh adanya suatu kedisiplinan kerja yang tinggi dalam “penampilan kerja atau kinerja” (work performance) dari para personil sekolah. Berkaitan dengan rumusan masalah penelitian di atas, maka bertujuan untuk : Menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan, menggerakan, berkomunikasi, mengarahkan, memotivas, dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Metodologi merupakan suatu pengkajian dalam mempelajari peraturan - peraturan dalam metode tersebut. Jadi metodologi ilmiah merupakan pengkajian dari peraturan - peraturan yang terdapat dalam metode ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yaitu metode yang meneliti dan menemukan informasi yang seluas-luasnya tentang masalah yang diteliti :.Pendekatan Penelitian, .Jenis penelitian. Teknik interview atau wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi penulis mengadakan wawancara dengan beberapa orang terkait dengan peningkatan profesional guru dan kegiatan pembelajaran di SDN Pagelaran 1 Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Pandeglang yaitu,kondisi guru, pelaksanaan guru, hasil peningkatan guru professional. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan peran Kepala Sekolah dalam memperoleh data yang dilakukan, peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada 5 subjek penelitian terkait peran kepala sekolah diantaranya : Kepala sekolah merencanakan, menggerakan, berkomunikasi, mengarahkan, memotivasi,,dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru | |||||||||
