Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work stress and work discipline on employee performance using social support as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on 125 permanent employees of Bank BJB who work in BJB Regional Region IV who have worked for 3 years using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses the SEM – PLS method. The research results show 1). Work stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BJB employees in regional region IV Banten, where the greater the work stress, the higher the employee performance, 2). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BJB employees in regional region IV Banten, where the better the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance, 3). Social support is unable to moderate work stress on the performance of BJB employees in regional region IV Banten, 4). Social support is unable to moderate work discipline on the performance of BJB employees in regional region IV Banten.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja, disiplin kerja pada kinerja karyawan melakui dukungan sosial sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 125 orang karyawan tetap bank bjb yang bekerja di Bjb Wilayah Regional IV yang telah bekerja 3 tahun dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM – PLS. Hasil penelitian menjunjukkan 1). Stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BJB wilayah regional IV Banten, yang mana semakin besar stress kerja maka akan semakin tinggi juga kinerja karyawan, 2). Displin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BJB wilayah regional IV Banten, yang mana semakin baik tinggi disiplin kerja maka akan semkin tinggi kinerja karyawan, 3). Dukungan social tidak mampu memoderasi stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan BJB wilayah regional IV Banten, 4). Dukungan social tidak mampu memoderasi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan BJB wilayah regional IV Banten.
