Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of the Principal's supervision through the independent teaching platform (PMM) on the pedagogical and social performance results of teachers at SMAN 13 Pandeglang. The benefits of the research can be used as theoretical literature regarding academic supervision in the world of education, and can provide practical guidance for school principals in increasing the effectiveness of academic supervision on pedagogical and social performance and this research is expected to enrich understanding of the effectiveness of supervision, this is in accordance with the results of the analysis showing that the supervision of the Principal and PMM significantly influences teacher pedagogical performance, with an adjusted R² value of 78.84%. The F test and t test support this hypothesis with a significant value of less than 0.05. However, for teacher social performance, only the Principal's supervision has a significant influence, while PMM and pedagogical performance do not show a significant influence, with an adjusted R² value of 75%. These results indicate the importance of the Principal's supervisory role in improving teachers' pedagogical and social performance, while the PMM's role is more limited to pedagogical performance only.
