Abstract
In this era of fiscal decentralization, there is increasing demand from the public for public services in their regions to be further improved. To procure assets for a region, the Regional Government carries out capital expenditure as an investment to finance the implementation of regional autonomy which aims to improve the welfare of development infrastructure and facilities and infrastructure of a region. This research aims to analyze the influence of Balancing Funds Locally-Generated Revenue on Capital Expenditures in Regencies and Cities in Banten Province. The Balancing Fund variables taken are DAU, DAK, and DBH. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from publications by the Central Statistics Agency for the period 2017 to 2021. The analytical method used in this research is the Panel Data approach with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The results of this research prove that there is a significant influence on the DBH and PAD variables on capital expenditure, but the DAU and DAK variables have no effect on capital expenditure in Banten Province from 2017 to 2022.

| Additional Information: | Masa era desentralisasi fiskal ini, semakin banyak permintaan masyarakat akan pelayanan publik di daerahnya untuk lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Untuk pengadaan aset suatu daerah, Pemerintah Daerah melakukan belanja modal sebagai investasi untuk membiayai pelaksanaan otonomi daerah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan infrastruktur pembangunan serta sarana dan prasarana suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Dana Perimbangan dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Belanja Modal pada Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Banten. Variabel Dana Perimbangan yang diambil yaitu DAU, DAK, dan DBH. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik periode tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Data Panel dengan model OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada variabel DBH dan PAD terhadap Belanja Modal, namun variabel DAU dan DAK tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal di Provinsi Banten tahun 2017 sampai 2022. | |||||||||
